Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing quality service before, during, and after each appointment to earn customer trust and loyalty. 

Auxe offers a 90 day guarantee on the cellular phone and/or tablet repair services as follows: (a) Screen/LCD and/or any other repaired or replaced parts that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed to work, and (b) the guarantee provided is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that you paid for. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, the guarantee extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.

What is included in the guarantee:

  • Any faults relating to the parts used for the original repair (e.g. if an Auxe technician installs a replacement part that turns out to have been faulty, the faulty part will be replaced as soon as possible, at no cost to the customer)

  • Any issues relating to service provided by the Auxe technician

  • The lifetime guarantee applies to all phone repairs

What is not included in the guarantee:

  • Any subsequent damage of any kind caused to the device after the repair

  • Any mishandling that causes a phone or tablet frame to bend, twist, or crack

  • Damage resulting from misuse of any kind

  • Any kind of liquid damage

  • Any software related issues

  • Faults not relating to the original repair done (e.g. if an Auxe Technician replaced the charging port the guarantee would not cover a faulty power button, or if an Auxe Technician replaced a screen the guarantee will not cover the speakers)

  • Loss of data (please backup your device before getting repaired)

  • If another repair is done on the device after our repair by someone other than a Auxe technician. This voids our guarantee

  • Any pre-condition issues from before Auxe’ original repair

  • Cracked screens

  • Any known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair.

  • Jailbroken devices

  • A non-working, damaged or severed home button/biometric scanner

  • Notification of an issue related to repair must be done within 3 days of original service

  • Changes to water resistance as it may be affected in repaired devices in rare cases

  • Some products, like batteries, are designed to be consumed during use. Items like a Case or Tempered Glass are covered under their own “as-is” warranty. These consumables do not have a lifetime guarantee, but other services will be covered. Example: If your iPhone 7 battery replacement fails entirely after a few months, we’ll replace it. If it loses potency after dozens and dozens of cycles, we won’t.

The Guarantee is valid exclusively to the customer who purchased the service and whose name is on the guarantee/invoice. The guarantee will not be transferable if the device’s ownership is transferred to another individual or business.


Additional Potential Fees:

If a technician arrives at the location and the phone is either non-fixable, or the TV un-mountable, or the customer requires a screen change due to a non-faulty Auxe phone screen, they are charged a fee of $39.95, before tax. That is to cover technician travel costs.
